Director - Capital Sales - Muriel worked as a business development manager in the construction advisory sector specializing in residential and commercial developments since 2017. The role saw her networking with property developers and asset & fund managers. Her focus is on client relationships and transactions. Muriel also has over 20 years’ experience in the food and beverage sector in Australia. Being a restaurant owner and operator, her network of connections are versatile and extensive. Fluent in English and Mandarin, with Bachelor of Accounting and Master of Hospitality background, Muriel’s love of construction and fit-out plus operational knowledge have seen her advising various business on leasing, design, authority approvals, project management to front of the house operations.
