Matrix Property is a boutique Commercial Agency with an expertise in Development Site Sales. Growth has created opportunities for several “top drawer” experienced and dedicated industry operatives with “residential property sales spark” that can fit into a boutique Commercial Agency.
The IDEAL residential marketing person to fit into our culture must have the following attributes:
• Professional and experienced (min 5 Years) Sales Agent that has a successful track record in real estate.
• Ability to win business and close sales.
• Must have common sense, “street smart” and a savvy sales instinct.
• Impeccably dressed and excellent communication skills.
• Able to speak other languages such as Arabic, Indonesian, or Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) a strong advantage but not essential.
• Able to work in a small but focused and motivated team.
• Sales Positions Confident of their ability and happy with Commission Only (excellent comm split) or hybrid Salary structure to suit.
• Must have Real Estate Licence (Company ABN an advantage).
• Must drive and not be afraid of travel.
• Must have a Sense of Humour is a big plus!
