Andrew Antonas
Managing Director - Andrew is a highly experienced property professional with over 25 years experience in the industry. Prior to establishing Matrix Property in 2004, he held various corporate positions with high-profile organisations including Meriton Apartments, Taylor Woodrow, AV Jennings and Multiplex. As Principal of Matrix Property Andrew is "hands on" and enjoys the people side of the business and has established close relationships with the who's who of property. Andrew is a member of the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA), holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Australian National University (ANU) and is also a Licensed Real Estate Agent.
Bill Kalimnios
Development Site Sales / Head of Project Marketing - Bill has more than 10 years experience in the real estate sector. Prior to joining Matrix Property Group he has worked for high profile agencies in residential sales and project marketing. Bill is focused on establishing and maintaining client relations and has extensive knowledge of the development market with a key interest in development site sales. Bill holds a Bachelor of Business (B Bus) from the University of Technology (UTS) and is a Licensed Real Estate Agent.
Dominic Mullins
Director Capital Solutions - Dominic has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry working in asset management, commercial and investment banking, and real estate capital advisory. Dominic has extensive experience in the structuring and arranging of development capital for construction projects as well as for site acquisitions and residual stock purposes. His transaction experience includes senior and mezzanine debt as well as preferred and joint venture equity. Previously he has held senior positions with a range of local and offshore financial services organisations in both the bank and non-bank sectors.
Godfrey Franz
Director – Capital Sales & Structured Transactions - Godfrey has over 30 years experience in the property, finance and banking industries. He has held a diverse range of roles within his career including banker, owner, syndicate manager and operations manager in various property transactions. A qualified Accountant, he worked in banking and corporate finance for 20 years before concentrating on property. Godfrey has a Bachelor Degree Accounting from University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa and is also an Associate of FINSIA.
Graeme Lowry-Jones
Director - Financial Markets & Institutions - Graeme’s professional career of almost 15 years commenced at KPMG where major client responsibilities included Lend Lease Group and Stockland Trust Group. His commercial career of over 20 years has included senior finance roles at Meriton Apartments, Multiplex and Terrace Tower Group where he developed extensive experience in structuring tax effective property transactions and restructuring of distressed property developments. He has a Bachelor of Financial Administration from the University of New England and has appeared successfully on a number of occasions as an expert witness in the Land and Environment Court.
Ian Lines
Marketing Manager - Ian has over 35 years experience in marketing both residential and commercial real estate. He was formerly a founder and principal of specialist agency - Raisin & Lines Advertising, responsible for advertising campaigns for many of Sydney's most high profile developments including Bennelong Apartments, Forum- Chatswood, Watermark- Pyrmont Point and Raleigh Park. Throughout his career, Ian has worked with more than 30 companies including Winten Property Group, Meriton, Mirvac Group, Austland, Byvan, CPG, CBRE, McGrath, Christies Great Estates and Colliers International.
Melia El-Beaini
Administration Manager - Melia has over 20 years experience in the industry and carries a broad range of knowledge in business management, marketing, property management and administration. With a reputation of ‘going above and beyond’, her dedication to excellent customer service is clear with meticulous attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.
Muriel Chen
China & Asian Desk - Muriel worked as a business development manager in the construction advisory sector specializing in residential and commercial developments since 2017. The role saw her networking with property developers and asset & fund managers. Her focus is on client relationships and transactions. Muriel also has over 20 years’ experience in the food and beverage sector in Australia. Being a restaurant owner and operator, her network of connections are versatile and extensive. Fluent in English and Mandarin, with Bachelor of Accounting and Master of Hospitality background, Muriel’s love of construction and fit-out plus operational knowledge have seen her advising various business on leasing, design, authority approvals, project management to front of the house operations.
Peter Panagopoulos
Associate Development Sites Sales - Peter is an integral member of our development sites team in our Sydney office. His specialty is in multi-property site acquisitions and pre-approved and raw development sites. He is a trusted advisor to many valued clients. His knowledge of the market and key development procedures has allowed him to earn the trust and respect of the investors and developers he works with. With previous roles in property and construction law, Peter has a comprehensive and unique understanding of feasibility, acquisitions and planning. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Notre Dame.
Juan Carlos Araque
Graphic Designer and Web Developer - Juan has worked several years in the design field including roles in advertising, website development, TV production, art direction and designing and diagramming geographical documents. Juan has a Diploma of Web Development from TAFE NSW, holds a Bachelor of Graphic Design from the Jorge Tadeo Lozano University, a Postgraduate Diploma of Multimedia Creation from the Andes University in Bogotá, Colombia and a Master of Information Technology from CQUniversity, Australia.
